Elitsa Encheva is the principal attorney at Encheva Law Group PLLC, based in Miami Beach, Florida. Elitsa Encheva graduated from New York Law School is admitted to practice law by the Florida Supreme Court and the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida. She received her Bachelor’s Degree in Finance from Touro College in New York. Before entering private practice, Ms. Encheva worked as a Legal and Compliance Officer at a number of hedge funds and private equity firms in New York City and Miami.
Attorney Encheva is an active member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA), the Florida Bar Association and American Bar Association. Also, she is currently a member of the AILA South Florida LGBT Committee and Practice Management Committee.
